New Patient Information

We look forward to seeing you for your first chiropractic consultation at Think Chiropractic – Melbourne.  As a new patient you can expect to spend 1 to 1 and ¼ hours at the clinic for your first visit.  This will include enough time to fill out the necessary entrance form, have the consultation, examination, x-rays (if required), and give you an understanding of your primary problem followed by your first adjustment.  If you have the entrance form completed beforehand, you can deduct 15-20 minutes from that estimate.  Follow-up visits are generally 15 minutes or less.

If you have any previous x-rays or information regarding your presentation please bring these with you so that we can gain the best possible understanding of you and your case. 

X-rays may be required in order to give you the best possible care; these are taken here within the clinic.

If you have private health insurance that covers chiropractic, bring this card also (we have a claims facility –HiCaps– that will save you having to send off your receipts to get your rebate).
